社区管理已经成为当今世界各国普遍的社会管理模式。本文引用当前西方国家的典型事例,结合中国社区建设的实际情况,提出了具有中国特色的社区管理模式。并就如何处理好中国社区与政府间相互关系的问题进行了集中论述。
Abstract：Community management has become a widespread modern mode of social management in the world. Quoting from the current typical examples in the western countries, joining together the actual circumstance of community developments in China, this paper puts forward a Chinese characteristic mode of community management, and also explains how to solve the relational problems between Chinese community and government.
