中华体育精神具有丰富高校体育课程思政建设内涵和提升育人价值的重要作用，是高校体育课程思政建设的优势资源。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法系统探究中华体育精神融入高校体育课程思政建设的价值意蕴、目标指向及实践方略。中华体育精神融入高校体育课程思政具有赓续中华优秀文化命脉，丰富体育课程思政建设内涵及培养全面发展接班人的时代价值。围绕提高人才培养能力这个核心命题，中华体育精神融入高校体育课程思政建设形成了坚持立德与健体、铸魂与增知、启智与明志、审美与助劳并举四4个目标向度。中华体育精神融入高校体育课程思政应遵循科学性、方向性、持续性、趣味性的原则，从目标点、着力点、关键点、评价点等方面融思政元素入制定，创思政教育新内容，保课程思政高成效，实现中华体育精神与高校体育课程思政建设的核心理念及实践要义紧密结合，进而构建起高校体育教学实践活动全员全程全方位的育人格局。

Chinese sports spirit plays an important role in enriching the connotation of ideological and political construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities and enhancing its educational value, and is the advantageous resource of ideological and political construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities. Using literature method and expert interview method to systematically explore the value implication, goal orientation and practical strategy of Chinese sports spirit into the ideological and political construction of the course of university physical education. The integration of Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political physical education courses in colleges and universities has the lifeblood of Chinese excellent culture, enriching the connotation of ideological and political construction of physical education courses and the value of cultivating successors with all-round development. Centering on the core proposition of improving the ability of talent training, Chinese sports spirit has been integrated into the ideological and political construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities, forming four goals: adhering to morality and health, casting soul and increasing knowledge, enlightening wisdom and enlightenment, aesthetic and helping labor. The Chinese sports spirit into the university physical education course education should follow the principle of scientific, directional, continuity, interesting, from the target, focus, key points, evaluation points of ideological elements into the set content, new ideological education, pushing education idea into the process, course education high effectiveness, realize the sports spirit and the core idea of college sports course education construction idea and practice essence, and build up the university sports teaching practice full full range of education pattern.
