本文结合作者的实践与探索,针对校园网教学资源建设,提出了网络教学资源库建设的目的任务、技术规范、素材建设、运行环境等问题,探讨了教学资源库具体建设中应把握的几项原则,并针对网络教学要求,提出了自己的见解。

This paper combines the author's practice and exploration, focusing on the teaching resource construction o campus network. Moreover, this essay puts forward a serious of tasks such as the construction of resources of network teaching, technical specification, material construction, running environment, etc. Furthermore, the author has probed into concrete several principles that should be held under construction of teaching resources bank, and has put forward one's own opinion under the requirement of network teaching.
