遗产数字化质量对用户行为意愿的影响研究——基于消费者创新性的调节效应

摘要:

数字技术赋能遗产保护与虚拟体验已成为政府及学界讨论的重要议题。以福建遗产数字体验为研究内容,基于SOR理论,构建数字化质量、存在感、用户体验和行为意愿等变量之间的影响机制。结果表明:(1)系统质量和互动质量显著正向影响用户的行为意愿,存在感和用户体验在系统质量、互动质量和用户行为意向之间起到了链式中介作用。(2)内容质量显著正向影响用户行为意愿,但存在感和用户体验并没有产生中介作用。(3)消费者创新性会强化系统质量、互动质量对存在感和用户体验的正向影响,但不会调节内容质量对二者的影响。研究扩展了SOR理论在数字体验方面的应用,对揭示外部数字化质量如何刺激机体虚拟现实感知而产生行为决策具有启示意义。

Abstract:

Digital technology empowering heritage protection and virtual experience has become an important issue discussed by the government and academia.Taking the digital experience of Fujian heritage sites as the research content, based on the theory of SOR theory, the article explores the influence mechanism of digitization quality on users' behavioral intentions.The results show that:(1) System quality and interaction quality significantly positively affect users' behavioral intentions, and presence and user experience play a chain intermediary role between system quality, interaction quality and users' behavioral intentions.(2) Content quality significantly positively affects users' behavioral intentions, but presence and user experience do not have a mediating effect.(3) Consumer innovativeness reinforces the positive impact of system quality and interaction quality on presence and user experience but does not moderate the impact of content quality on either.The study extends the application of SOR theory to digital experiences and has implications for revealing how external digitization quality stimulates the organism's virtual reality perception to produce behavioral decisions.
