随着经济社会的发展,民生已经成为当下中国的最大共识,它是任何社会改革的正当理由和价值基础。而法治作为我国一项基本的治国方略,它对于破解当前中国民生难题无疑具有十分重要的价值。随着教育的发展和社会的进步,人们对特殊儿童受教育问题的重视程度日益提升,但依然存在着权利保障不到位的现状。因此,在民生法治社会,要想更好地保障特殊儿童受教育权,必须要从权利保障的表达、沟通、落实和监督等方面构建完善的权利保障体制,确保特殊儿童受教育权落到实处。
Abstract:With the development of economy and society, people's livelihood has become the greatest consensus in China, being the cogent reason and value basis of any social reform. The rule of law, as a strategy of governing the country, is undoubtedly of great value to solving the problem of people's livelihood in China. With the development of education and the progress of society, the problem of receiving education for special children attracts more and more attention from the public, but the right to education is still not fully protected. Therefore, in the society ruled by law and based on people's livelihood, if we want to protect the right to education for special children better, we should construct a perfect right guarantee system from the expression, communication, implementation and supervision so as to protect the right to education for special children.
