校本课程开发的基本理念与操作流程

摘要:

为保证校本课程开发的健康有序运行,中小学在进行校本课程开发时应该了解和遵循一些基本的理念和操作流程。校本课程开发要重视学生的实际发展需求,以教师为课程开发主体,善于利用各种资源,并且置于国家课程计划中予以通盘考虑,同时通过组织建立、现状分析、目标拟定、方案编制、解释与实施以及评价与修订等操作流程来体现校本课程开发的基本理念。

Abstract:

To guarantee the healthy and orderly running of school-based curriculum development (SBCD), middle and primary schools should know and follow some basic theories and operating course when carrying on SBCD. During developing school-based curriculum, we should pay attention to students' need of actual development, regard teachers as the subject of curriculum development, well utilize all kinds of resource, and think over it in rational curriculum planning. Meanwhile, we should embody the basic theories of SBCD through operating course: organizing and establishing, analyzing of current situation, drafting of goals, making of scheme, explaining and implementing, commenting and revising and so on.
