近年来很多中国典籍作品被改编成漫画,翻译成外语传播到世界各地,在中国文化"走出去"过程中发挥了重要作用。但是目前对典籍漫画翻译的研究有限,主要局限于对典籍漫画译本的评述和文字部分的翻译探讨,没有结合漫画多模态的特点对非文字部分的翻译进行系统分析。典籍漫画包括文字、图片和字体设计三种模态。基于目标语读者的考虑,译者在文字和字体设计两种模态采用了归化的翻译策略;而由于经济成本的影响,图片模态采用了保留的异化策略。
Abstract：In recent years, many Chinese classical works have been adapted to comics and translated into other countries, which plays an important role in cultural communication between China and foreign countries. But now, studies of Chinese comic translation are limited to overall commentaries on comic translated versions, while few have referred to visual signs from perspective of multimodality. Comic of Chinese classics is composed of three modal, including linguistic, pictorial and typographic. The translator uses domestication to translate linguistic and typographic modal in order to meet target readers 'expectation, and applies foreignization in pictorial modal for economic cost.
