文章叙述了苏东坡流放儋州时留下的许多可歌可泣的故事。他居无定所，被逐出官舍，自建茅屋；他食无肉，炊断粮，自制菜羹充饥；他竹笠木屐，与黎汉百姓同甘苦共患难；他打井取水留下“东坡泉”；他创制了“东坡法墨”，留下了“制墨秘方”；他倡导农耕，鼓励畜牧，斩除陋习；他弘扬医术，救死扶伤，留下千古佳话；他举办学堂，开创了海南教化之风；他创建“载酒堂”，留下“东坡书院”，传播了中原文化的精髓。

This paper narrates many touching stories left behind by Su Dongpo during his exile in Danzhou. He had no fixed residence and was expelled from his official residence to build his own thatched cottage. He ate without meat, cooked without food, and made vegetable soup to satisfy his hunger. He wore bamboo hats and wooden clogs, sharing weal and woe with the common people. He dug a well to fetch water, giving rise to the name “Dongpo Spring”. He invented “Dongpo Ink”and left behind the “Secret Recipe for Ink Making”. He advocated agriculture, encouraged animal husbandry, and eliminated bad customs. He promoted medical skills, saved lives and wounds, leaving behind timeless stories. He founded a school and pioneered the trend of education in Hainan. He created the “Wine Carrying Hall” and left behind the “Dongpo Academy”,spreading the essence of Central Plains culture.
